Emage Production Standard
Emage approaches every project as a professional production process — not simply as an image, design or piece of code. Final work is deliberately art-directed, refined and quality-controlled, with rights, product accuracy, third-party assets and intended commercial use considered throughout the workflow.

Creative responsibility stays with the designer. Art direction, composition, design decisions, editing, refinement and final quality control are deliberately managed by Emage. Depending on the project, production may combine photography, illustration, 3D, digital painting, compositing, procedural systems, code and contemporary computational tools.
Commercial use begins with a clear rights chain. Emage works with production methods and source materials selected for the intended commercial use of the project. Material third-party assets are reviewed for appropriate licensing, and client-supplied materials remain subject to the rights and permissions provided by the client.
Real products and real people are treated as real-world responsibilities. Where a project represents an actual product, Emage prioritises fidelity of form, colour, branding, packaging and relevant product details. Projects involving identifiable people are developed within the permissions and usage rights available for the supplied material.
Third-party assets are used deliberately, not casually. Where projects require fonts, stock media, 3D assets, textures, music, software libraries or other licensed materials, their role and permitted use are considered as part of the production workflow.
Your final work is produced for your project — not recycled as another client's deliverable. Following final payment, client-specific rights owned and transferable by Emage are assigned or licensed according to the agreed project terms. Unless otherwise agreed, Emage does not re-license the same client-specific final deliverable to another client.
Important projects retain an appropriate production trail. Depending on the scope and commercial exposure of the work, Emage may retain relevant working files, source records, licences, production stages and client approvals. The objective is practical traceability without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Modern Production Methods
Emage does not define quality by a particular piece of software.
A project may involve photography, Blender and 3D production, digital painting, compositing, image synthesis, motion, procedural systems, JavaScript or interactive technologies. The production route is selected according to the visual objective, commercial use, accuracy requirements and rights profile of the project.
Technology may change. Creative responsibility does not.

Yes. The intended commercial usage is defined as part of the project scope, and Emage develops the production workflow around that use. Any specific limitations arising from third-party licensed components or specialist usage requirements are identified where relevant.
After final payment, Emage transfers or licenses the client-specific rights it owns and can legally transfer, according to the agreed project terms. Pre-existing Emage tools, reusable systems and separately licensed third-party components remain outside that transfer unless specifically agreed.
Emage does not re-license the same client-specific final deliverable to another client unless otherwise agreed. Legal exclusivity beyond this may depend on the type of work, applicable intellectual-property law and any third-party components involved.
Emage uses the production methods best suited to each project. These may include traditional design and illustration, photography, 3D, compositing, procedural systems and contemporary computational tools. The technology is secondary to the final standard: appropriate rights, deliberate creative direction, product accuracy where required and professional quality control.
When a project requires fonts, stock media, music, 3D assets, software libraries or other third-party materials, Emage considers their intended commercial use and the relevant licensing conditions as part of production.
Client-supplied materials are treated as authorised for the agreed project scope. Where people, performers or other protected third-party material are involved, the client should ensure that the necessary usage, publication and digital-manipulation permissions are available.
